Butcher (Devils Souls MC #3) by LeAnn Ashers Review

He stalked me from the moment he saw me. He watched me day and night.

Butcher is what everyone calls crazy. They see all the tattoos and scars and to be honest, to most people he looks downright scary. He’s dangerous. He is after all the enforcer to the Devil Souls MC.

But to me? He’s just Butcher. I see him. I see who he really is. I see a man who will do anything for the people he cares about. I see the man who will protect and love me above everything else.

I am just as obsessed with him as he is me. I will die for him and he would kill for me.

What everyone doesn’t know is I have the same crazy inside of me…

This book can be read as a stand-alone but I recommend reading the others first to get the full experience.

Butcher (Devil Souls MC Book 3)Butcher by LeAnn Ashers
My rating: 2 of 5 stars

From the moment I saw the blurb for this book, I was so excited to get my hands on it. All my GR friends were also looking forward to reading a story about a not so realistic relationship but from time to time, a girl just has to feed her crazy fantasy. And when I finally got the book I was so disappointed by the authors writing. So…I got to chapter 10 and I just couldn’t continue reading. Why? Well, there are simply too many inconsistency issues for me. At first the author writes one thing, like that there are no women in the MC family, later turns out the leader has a daughter; the heroine isn’t a violent person, later she beats people up like they are on sale or something; then the story starts off with the heroine knowing hero’s name but later asks her friends what that persons name is; or that the heroine already touched the hero but later on says that it’s the first time she’s touched him…and so on…

I liked the plot but sadly that wasn’t enough to keep my attention and to overlook all the authors mistakes.
